5. Has quality content throughout the site that is related to your site.
6. Meets minimum web site usability rules.
7. Must be fast loading and cross browser compatible.
8. Does not have pop-up / under advertising.
9. Is pleasant to look at.
10. Does not contain more than 25% advertising on home page.
